I’m Cindy. I’m delighted by the simple joys in life - a great pasta with a glass of wine, a long walk on a gorgeous autumn day, the sound of waves rushing over the beach. I love to connect with others and discover their simple joys - I carry this into my work life, uncovering insights and building rich customer personas through qualitative feedback and quantitative data.
Professionally, I am a Product Marketer, standing between the business and the customer to interpret between a customers’ needs and the business’ value. I see my role as helping a customer visualise and create changes in their life, and partner closely with my colleagues across departments to bring cohesive and seamless experiences to our customers.
Some work I’m proud of include helping craft emotionally compelling messaging to help B2B2C distributors of a healthcare startup overcome price objections, leading to their first US$65M revenue opportunity, and turning around user perceptions of a CRM SaaS platform by overhauling support and change management functions, ultimately leading an organization that was ready to replace the system to further invest in new capability.
